Lenny Vance, a sponsorship specialist with over 20 years experience, established ASM in 2015 in response to many requests from industry colleagues for advice and assistance with their sponsorship programs.
Lenny has recently completed PhD research into the holy grail of sponsorship – performance measurement. Through this research Lenny has developed a consumer brand equity framework for measuring the most important ingredient of sponsorship success – the halo of goodwill. Sponsorship measurement is not just about brand exposure, it is about what your brand stands for.
Along with his research, Lenny has gained unique insights through working on both sides of the sponsorship fence. From managing major events with Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government Millennium Celebrations to directing major sponsorship programs at Queensland Arts Council, Ergon Energy and Queensland Rail.
